Having trouble signing in?

Use “forgot password?” or “send me a magic link instead” on the sign-in screen. Open the newest email on the phone where Moments is installed. If the link expires or opens the wrong page, email support with the time it happened and your app version.

Report a problem

Include your username, device model, app version, and what happened. A screenshot can help, but remove private messages and other people’s information first. Never send your password, sign-in link, verification code, or identity documents.

Report content or an account

Use the report action in Moments to tell us about harmful content or behavior. You can also block an account. If you cannot use the app, email support with the username or content link and a brief description. Do not send copies of illegal sexual content involving children. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Delete your account or request your data

In Moments, open your profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion starts removal of your account and associated hosted data; failed cleanup is retried. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with your account. We may ask you to confirm account ownership.

You can also request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information, object to processing, or ask for help withdrawing a permission. See the privacy policy for details.

Keep your Keeps

Download memories you want to keep to Photos before deleting your account or removing the app. Device-local Keeps are not a guaranteed cloud backup. Photos exports and copies you shared with other people are separate from your Moments account.

Appeal a moderation decision

Email support with your username, the affected post or decision, and why you think it should be reconsidered. Please avoid resending sensitive media; a link or reference is enough to start.
